1. Store Operator and Scope

This website is operated by yihejd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern your use of our store and any purchases made through it, together with the product information and policies presented before checkout.

2. Using the Store

Please provide accurate and complete contact, payment, and delivery information. You must have the legal capacity to place an order or, where required, permission from a parent or guardian.

You must not use the store for unlawful activity or fraudulent transactions, interfere with its operation, or access information or systems without authorization.

3. Products and Information

Before ordering, review each product’s description, size information, materials, and care instructions. Device and display settings may affect how colors appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, materially different from its description, or sent in error.

We aim to keep product information, prices, and availability accurate. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a different product or collect an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled items.

4. Prices and Payment

The applicable price and currency are displayed in the store and at checkout. Any applicable taxes and the final order total are shown before payment.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout, and payments are processed through the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 5–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

If you need to correct an address, change an order, or request a cancellation, contact hello@yihejd.com as soon as possible. We will check whether the requested change can be made before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We cover return shipping costs and do not charge a restocking or return handling fee.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. For an approved return, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

7. Shopify and Privacy

The store is hosted on Shopify. When you visit or make a purchase through the store, Shopify processes information to provide its commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in other countries.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how you can contact us about privacy rights. Shopify’s own information practices are described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

8. Website Materials and Third Parties

Website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or to third parties. A purchase does not transfer those rights. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Links to other services do not, by themselves, establish an affiliation with or endorsement by those services. If you use an external service, review the terms and privacy notice that apply to it.

9. Problems, Legal Rights, and Changes

If you encounter a problem with the website or an order, contact us so we can investigate and seek a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Subject to applicable law, the terms and policies presented when you place an order will continue to govern that purchase. We will communicate material changes as required.
